Negotiating Offers

A key component of any deal is educating and guiding the buyer through the 5 key points of negotiation.

We strategize on the best possible terms for a winning offer; a significant aspect in any competitive market!

We will send the offer contract and negotiate until an executed contract is in place, and confirm all terms with the buyer.

Advocacy

Throughout the process, we work as an advocate for our buyers. We will schedule an inspection review with clients to make sure they understand what is included, and help negotiate any necessary repair requests.

We will also confirm the appraisal meets the home value and negotiate if the value is under-appraised.

Finally, we partner with the lender & title to make sure all timeline requirements are met so the buyer is clear to close on the property in a timely manner.

Facilitating the Close

As we're nearing the end of the transaction, our buyers partner with a dedicated Transaction Manager to ensure all steps are completed, one-on-one.

The will review the settlement statement to confirm it reflects all of the terms of the contract.

At the final walk-through, we will help confirm repairs were completed & the property is left in acceptable condition, and ready for the transaction to finalize.

Enjoying Your Home

Ongoing Relationship

After the sale, our job is not done! We will help with reminders for Homestead and other exemptions that apply. We will provide ongoing house maintenance reminders and vendor recommendations.

As a trusted advisor, we will schedule a yearly Real Estate Review to discuss changing property value and any other pertinent issues.
