Meet Chip Luke

Chip spent his childhood watching his parents remodel homes and invest in rental properties, which led to his desire to pursue real estate as a profession. Prior to suffering a career-ending back injury, Chip was one of the top-ranked tennis players in the country. While he was no longer able to compete, he was incredibly blessed to teach tennis for several years at the prestigious Marbella Country Club before transitioning into real estate full-time. He and his wife, Stacey, live in Colleyville with their beautiful son and daughter (with another baby boy due this summer)! They are active in their Christian faith and attend Gateway Church in Southlake. Chip has been a children’s ministry teacher, a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a volunteer with Special Olympics, spending years coaching multiple sports. As you may have guessed, helping others is his greatest passion, which is one of the many qualities his clients speak of when working with him.
