With invaluable experience gained from working with some of the nation’s largest builders and a background as a 'buyer specialist', Larry brought his professional sales and negotiating skills to the team. Over the years, Larry's contributions have expanded to encompass marketing efforts, implementing new systems, and driving growth. He is recognized as a visionary leader within the team, offering guidance and leadership to his colleagues.

Beyond real estate, Larry places a strong emphasis on family, spending cherished moments with his wife Laurie, five adult children, and nine grandchildren at their lake house in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. He also enjoys pursuits like golf, hiking, and studying religious texts, particularly the Word of God, which he applies to various aspects of life, relationships, and business.
